We hope you’re happy with your purchases, but if for any reason you’re not entirely satisfied, we’re here to help.
All orders are sent via 48 hours tracked service with DPD, Evri, Royal Mail or whichever service is available at the time of shipment.
Orders up to £14.99 will be charged £2.99 for postage. Orders over £14.99 will receive free postage.
Orders outside UK Mainland (including EU and USA)
You may be charged additional postage if this is outside of operation areas for our selected delivery partners. EU and International orders may be subject to customs, duties and taxes.
Customs, duties, and taxes:
Verta Golf Ltd is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
